4.2 No Reproduction

You may not, under any circumstances:

Download and redistribute

Sell

Offer training based on

Teach others using

Package, license, or market

Translate or repurpose

any part of this course or its methodology without written permission from Paraball LLC.

This includes paid and unpaid reproduction.

4.3 Copyright Enforcement

Paraball LLC actively defends its intellectual property.
Violations may result in:

Permanent account termination

DMCA takedown notices

Invoicing for damages and licensing fees

Legal action seeking monetary damages

Reporting of the infringement to hosting platforms, payment processors, and social media


5. Limited License for Personal Use

When you enroll, you receive a non-transferable, non-commercial, revocable license to access the course for your personal use only.

You may:

Watch the videos

Follow the drills

Apply the techniques to your own body

You may not:

Teach the material as your own

Use it to create your own programs or courses

Train clients using these exact materials / scripts

Claim authorship of the biomechanical concepts taught

Republish or distribute any portion of the materials
